RETURN POLICY

We now accept returns for online orders for store credit! Returned merchandise must be in new condition, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. Returned merchandise will be carefully inspected before approval of store credit. Please email wecare@letsroar.shop for questions.

Return and Exchanges: To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must first email within 7 days of the order delivery. For in store purchases, only exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will fully refund the order.

About Re:do

Checkout with the $1.98 Re:do product for free unlimited returns for store credit on your order and send it back for free. You will be able to submit a return for store credit and receive a pre-paid return label. To start your return, click here.

If you did not purchase the $1.98 free return at the original time of checkout, you will be responsible for returning the product by paying for return label or dropping off the items in store at Eden Prairie Center Suite 1220.

Final sale and clearance items are excluded from returns.

Damaged Returns

Damaged items must be reported within two days of receiving your order. Please send photos of damage at wecare@letsroar.shop
