RETURN POLICY
We now accept returns for online orders! Return shipping label will be paid by the customer (total cost will vary based on total package weight and destination). Returned merchandise must be in new condition in the original packaging. Returned merchandise will be carefully inspected before approval of refund. Refund will go directly back to the card used to purchase the merchandise. Please email wecare@letsroar.shop to start a return.
Refunds and Exchanges: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 7 days of the order delivery. For in store purchases, only exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase. Items must be in new condition in the original packaging with tags. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out. If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.
