At Let's Roar, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. We offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase to cover manufacturing defects and material issues.
What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects, such as broken clasps, loose settings, or faulty materials.
- Tarnishing or discoloration caused by normal wear under proper care conditions.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to the following:

Damage from Misuse or Accidents:
- Scratches, dents, or breakage due to improper use or storage.
- Damage caused by dropping or pulling the jewelry too forcefully.
Normal Wear and Tear:
- Stretching or fraying of bracelets or necklaces over time.
- Fading of plated jewelry due to extended exposure to water, sweat, or chemicals.

Improper Care:
- Damage resulting from exposure to perfumes, lotions, chemicals, or cleaning agents.
- Tarnishing due to improper storage, such as leaving jewelry in humid conditions.

Alterations or Repairs by Unauthorized Parties:
- Any issues resulting from repairs or modifications not done by Let's Roar.

Loss or Theft:
- Lost or stolen jewelry is not covered under this warranty.

Custom or Personalized Jewelry:
- Items made to custom specifications, including engraving, unless the defect is related to manufacturing.
How to File a Warranty Claim

For In-Store Purchases
- Visit our store with the item, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.

For Online Purchases
- Contact us via email at wecare@letsroar.shop or through our website's warranty claim form.
- Include the following details:
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Photos of the item showing the defect.
- Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for sending the item back to us.
Additional Notes
- Shipping fees for sending the item to us are the responsibility of the customer.
- If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a store credit may be issued.
- The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
